Getting to know you Thursdays with Anne Hamilton with giveaway

Today I have another aussie author on my blog. Today we welcome Anne Hamilton to my blog today. I read Multi Coloured Realm this year and found it interesting. My review is blow this post.

1. Can you tell us a little about yourself?
I’m an Aussie, born and bred in the Sunshine State (though I’m wondering if it should be renamed the Watery State of late). I taught high school mathematics for 30 years before making the transition to my present calling – I edit the Australian editions of the devotionals, The Word for Today and word4U2day. I’m also the current president of Omega Writers.

2. When you were a child did you have a favourite book or books?
I just loved Andre Norton’s books. I took them out of the local library again and again until a new librarian catalogued them into the adult section so I couldn’t get at them. I also loved Knight Crusader by Robert Welch and most of Rosemary Sutcliff’s books.

3. Do you have a favourite Genre to both read and write?
Tricky. I love writing fantasy and I used to read it voraciously. But I don’t read it so much these days. I’m still catching up on quite a few of Madeleine L’Engle’s books, though. I found that getting the sort of books I am interested in is well-nigh impossible in Australia, so I embarked on an adventure with internet ordering. That led me to find a treasure trove of non-fiction, mainly in the areas of Hebrew thought, ancient catastrophes and the mathematics of Scripture and medieval poetry. It sounds a very strange brew but they reflect the end of several long journeys into a particular interest of mine: the meaning of names and how those meanings affect what both identity and destiny.

4. Did you have favourite authors growing up who have influenced you?
I came across CS Lewis in my very late teens and immediately wanted to write another Chronicle of Narnia, as countless people have before me. I could just feel those missing stories calling. However, I think I have been more influenced by George MacDonald in terms of writing, as well as Madeleine L’Engle. In my thinking, I think the greatest influence has been Os Guinness and Ted Peters. (Jenny here I loved the Narnia series I even tried to go through my wardrobe I read the series many times)

5. When did you know you wanted to be an author?
I remember starting a novel when I was about fourteen. I still recall most of it, even though I destroyed it. The story seemed to be taking over my thoughts and, in making the hard decision to stop writing and get rid of what I had already done, I realised how much writing meant to me. However I think I wanted to write from about the time I was eight when I created some illustrated Marine Boy cartoons.

6. How did you go about becoming an author?
I wrote. Badly at first and better now. I went to courses and wrote some more. I kept submitting work until it was accepted. My recently-published novel, Many-Coloured Realm, took 27 years to find a publisher.

7. If you were not a writer what would you like to be?
It took me almost five decades to achieve my goal of becoming a writer. Along the way I tested the calling by giving up writing for a whole year to see what would fill the (not inconsiderable) time available. Nothing did. So I’m sure there’s nothing I’d rather be.

8. Outside reading and writing what do you like to do?
I am involved in prayer ministry with a wide variety of people. It’s wonderful to be an instrumental part of seeing a life transformed under God’s hand.

9. Do you have a place you love to visit or would love to visit?
I love New Zealand. I lived there for several years and it would be fantastic to go back permanently to the South Island. I visit the friends I made there every few years.

10. If you could have a meal with 3 living people who would you choose and why?
Mike Baillie, the dendrochronologist (someone who studies tree rings) because I have so many questions to ask about ancient catastrophes
Os Guinness, author and Christian apologist, because again there are so many questions to ask
David Howlett or Ed Condren, both scholars of medieval literature – well, because there’s so much I want to ask about mathematical design in ancient poetry.
My mum says I was born asking ‘Why?’ but I’m sure she’s wrong. I waited at least a week or two.

Finally can you tell us about your current books and/or any that will
be coming out soon. Also where we can find you on the web.

My most recent books cover a wide variety of genres. My publisher mentions from time to time that I should build a consistent audience instead of hopping around, but then gives in anyway!

My latest work is a children’s picture book – Terry, the adventures of a Terek Sandpiper. The illustrator’s work is just exquisite. The story was her idea. It’s about wader birds that fly from Siberia to Australia each year and the mammoth journey they undertake when only a few weeks old. (Jenny Here this sounds so cool will look out for it.)

Late last year, Even Before Publishing released my book about names and how they affect our identity and destiny. It’s called God’s Poetry and many people mistakenly think it’s a book of poems. It’s actually about how your calling is determined by what you are called. Ephesians 2:10 tells us that ‘we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works…’ and the word usually translated ‘workmanship’ or ‘masterpiece’ is from the Greek word for poetry. Many Christians never come into their destiny and I’d reached the stage after three decades as a maths teacher (what could be further removed from writing?) that maybe I wasn’t ever going to be what I felt God had really called me to be. In coming to understand the spiritual dynamic that was blocking my way, I wrote this book. I was delighted recently when it was a finalist in the International Books Awards in the same section eventually won by Rick Warren.

Many-Coloured Realm was also a finalist in the International Book Awards 2011 in the fantasy-scifi category. It’s a children’s fantasy and it’s recently got some really great reviews. It’s also gone into about 3000 schools across Australia. (Wow that is so cool about the 3000 schools across Australia. I am sure it will be popular).

Giveaway:
Anne has kindly offered a giveaway to one commenter. If you are from Australia you will receive a copy of Many-Coloured Realm and a copy of God's Poetry. Book Review Many-Coloured Realm by Anne Hamilton

1 nice girl
2 bad boys
3 tortuous tasks
4 strange ambassadors…
after that, it’s hard to keep count. Dozens of elves, hundreds of goblins, legions of demons — all converging on the colourless world ruled by the goblin king. Can Robby and Chris discover the goblin king’s name and rescue Stephen before time runs out? The goblin king’s eyes narrowed into almond slits. ‘No, it’s not Rumplestiltzskin.’ He drew himself up and scowled. ‘Why does everyone say that?’ A starlit fantasy for young adults, blended with science fiction and written in numerical literary style, Many-Coloured Realm falls somewhere in between those fabulous Lewises: Lewis Carroll and CS Lewis. Expect the unexpected!

My Review:
This is a really good book but I have to say I did find the first part of the book very confusing. Some of the characters confused me as well as what they were saying but if you persist everything is explained and it all makes so much more sense. Once everything is explained the book flowed so much quicker for me and I just wanted to know what would happen next. I grew up with the Narnia series and read it so many times. This book is in the same vein and will captivate readers. Loved seeing the different characters and the issues Robbie and Chris have to deal with. I can see this book being very popular with teens and young adults who love fantasy. This is a good read but if you are finding it confusing at first persist as you will find the more you read the more you understand and will be so glad you persisted.

CFBA Tour Bridge to a Distant Star by Carolyn Williford

This week, the
Christian Fiction Blog Alliance
is introducing
Bridge to a Distant Star
David C. Cook; New edition (June 1, 2011)
by
Carolyn Williford

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Carolyn Williford has authored seven books, including Jordan's Bend, Devotions for Families That Can't Sit Still, and Faith Tango, as well as numerous articles. She and her husband, Craig, live in Deerfield, Illinois, where he serves as president of Trinity International University. They have two children and four grandchildren.

ABOUT THE BOOK

It All Comes Tumbling Down

As a storm rages in the night, unwary drivers venture onto Tampa Bay’s most renowned bridge. No one sees the danger ahead. No one notices the jagged gap hidden by the darkness and rain. Yet when the bridge collapses vehicles careen into the churning waters of the bay below.

In that one catastrophic moment, three powerful stories converge: a family ravaged by their child’s heartbreaking news, a marriage threatened by its own facade, and a college student burdened by self doubt. As each story unfolds, the characters move steadily closer to that fateful moment on the bridge. And while each character searches for grace, the storms in their lives loom as large as the storm that awaits them above the bay.

When these characters intersect in Carolyn Williford’s gripping and moving volume of three novellas, they also collide with the transforming truth of Christ: Deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow me.

Getting to know you Thursdays with Meredith Resce.

Please welcome Meredith Resce to my blog today. I was so excited when Meredith agreed to be on my blog as I had wanted to host her since I read one of her books a few years back.

1. Can you tell us a little about yourself?
My name is Meredith Resce, I’m forty something, married and have 3 adult children. My husband is a minister, and I have worked with him in various ministry capacities since we were married in 1983. When my children were young, I had discovered the genre of Christian fiction and began to read with a passion until my husband said I was buying too many books. It was about this time that I began to seriously think about writing a book of my own, an idea that had been floating in the back of my mind for some time.  I found coming up with characters and ideas really easy and  oh-so-much-fun. But finding a publisher wasn’t quite as much fun, in fact it was a long and tiresome journey of rejection and discouragement, followed by picking myself up, and having another go at it.
I love the writing process, the development of the story, the re-writing after my critic has had a good go at it, and even re-working after my editor has had another go. It always helps make the story stronger in the finish.
My kids are all quite creative as well. My daughter also writes, and we are trying to find a publisher for her first novel at the moment. My sons are both musicians, very creative, song-writers, performers. But then they are studying to hopefully get a job that will actually pay bills.

 2. When you were a child did you have a favourite book or books?
I loved Enid Blyton, and I had several other books I used to read and re-read from the scholastic book club we had at school. I can’t remember their titles now. When I was older, I took to Jane Austen and LM Montgomery with enthusiasm. (Jenny here I loved Enid Bylton and reread the books so many times. We also bought many of the scholastic books and reread them to. Thanks for the memory of them. Mum use to buy them for gifts)

3. Do you have a favourite Genre to both read and right write?
I guess I like romantic fiction whether it is period drama romance or contemporary drama romance. Sometimes even lighter comedy romance. While most of my novels are period drama romance, I have also written several others – a time travel adventure, an allegory and a contemporary drama romance. I’ve just finished a murder mystery, and am trying a conspiracy drama with supernatural themes. But really period drama romance is what I’m best known for.

4. Did you have favourite authors growing up who have influenced you?
LM Montgomery and Jane Austen and DE Stevenson

5. When did you know you wanted to be an author?
When my youngest was about one (1991). Before that, it had only ever crossed my mind as an abstract thought that I never really took seriously.

6. How did you go about becoming an author?
I took a pen and an exercise book and began to write down characters, location and plot ideas, and then I just started to write. This was before I owned a computer, or had any idea how to use a computer. Once I’d finished the story, I was very excited, and prepared a submission to an American publisher, and felt sure they would love it. I guess I don’t have to tell you how that turned out…Anyway, persistence is a wonderful thing.

7. If you were not a writer what would you like to be?
I would like to further develop my role in working with film. I have been assistant screen writer and assistant producer on a movie – Twin Rivers  http://www.twotonepictures.com/productions/twinRivers.htm

I love drama and film. We’ll see… (Jenny again how exciting)

8. Outside reading and writing what do you like to do?
I love being with family. I like sport (playing and watching). I like to visit my parents on the family farm. I like music and drama.

9. Do you have a place you love to visit or would love to visit?
My favourite place to visit is my home town – Melrose South Australia.  Actually the farm on which I grew up is my Mecca.
I enjoyed visiting the UK especially the historical villages, cathedrals and castles. Very inspiring.

10. If you could have a meal with 3 living people who would you choose and why?
Well I’d skip the 3 bears, as they couldn’t seem to agree on anything.
Probably Mel Gibson – I loved the way he produced the movie ‘The Passion’ and I think there must be more in that heart that we see reported on the news.
Of all the other famous and successful people I can think of, I don’t think I would desperately choose one above the other. Really spending a short time with someone of celebrity status doesn’t give you much insight into them as a person anyway. Better to have dinner with the family, and continue to share deeply with the people who know you the best.

Finally can you tell us about your current books and/or any that will
be coming out soon. Also where we can find you on the web.
Have a look at my facebook fan page Meredith Resce author.
My first series of books ‘Heart of Green Valley’ series were published in Australia, UK and USA.  (only first three in UK and USA) They have been very popular, and I’m toying with the idea of writing #6 in the series next year.
Other than that, I have another pair of period drama romance novels – The Schoolmaster’s Bride and the Schoolmaster’s Daughter.
There are several stand alone novels: For All Time (a time travel adventure romance); Cora Villa (period drama romance); A Wretch Like Me (Contemporary drama romance currently out of print); How Sweet the Sound (allegory/fantasy/romance); One Remarkable Year (Faction – commissioned novel about the town I grew up in); Inside Out, Upside Down and Round the Right Way (Self Help inspirational); Mellington Hall (Murder mystery romance due for release in August 2011)

Check out the trailer I produced for my novel Cora Villa   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gELHXmOsY4o

CFBA Tour Winning Him Without Words by Lynn Donovan & Dineen Miller

This week, the
Christian Fiction Blog Alliance
is introducing
Winning Him Without Words
Regal (February 15, 2011)
by
Lynn Donovan & Dineen Miller

ABOUT THE AUTHORS:

Lynn Donovan

Verse: John 15:5 Apart from Me you can do nothing.

Tagline: Challenging Women to Live in Truth

A passionate writer and speaker, Lynn is a woman who presents a compelling message to encourage women to thrive in their marriage. She speaks at events nationwide where she challenges the myths women believe about love, pointing them to life-changing freedom through a relationship with Jesus. She reveals the zany yet meaningful stories of marriage challenges, truths, and triumphs in her life and invites women to share her view from her front row seat to an amazing journey; life lived for Christ.

Married since 1992 to her best friend and biggest enthusiast, Mike, she lives in Temecula, California. They have a son and a daughter and a wacky dog named Peanut. She loves to laugh, enjoys a strong cup of coffee and Fantasy Football and not necessarily in that order.

She lives each day in awe of the grace of God in her ordinary life.

Dineen Miller

Verse: Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Tagline: Igniting the Soul

Dineen readily admits that one of the greatest lessons she’s learning about life is that there’s purpose in our trials. And it’s all about trusting God and putting our hope in Him. Her favorite stories will always be of the miracles God has wrought in the lives of her family.

Through this lens she also believes her years as a youth counselor, a Stephen Minister, a women’s ministry leader, and a small group leader have prepared her for God’s calling on her life—to write for and speak to those in mismatched marriages like hers.

In addition to writing for Spiritually Unequal Marriage, Dineen writes for Laced with Grace and various other fiction online magazines and newsletters. She’s also won several prestigious awards for her fiction, and her devotional writing has been featured in Our Journey and Christian Women Online Magazine.

Married for 23 years to a guy who keeps her young, she lives in the Bay Area with her husband, two precious daughters, and their dog Shasta, who no doubt is an angel in disguise.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Week after week, they sit in church . . . alone. They are the spiritually mismatched, those who are committed to a spouse who does not share their faith. Feeling abandoned by their spouse and forgotten by their church, they live out their faith in survival mode, guarding the spiritual flame yet never feeling free to share it. But God wants them to thrive—not just survive.

Winning Him Without Words presents 10 Christ centered keys to thriving in a spiritual mismatch. Readers are encouraged to commit to Christian community, to release their spouse to God’s capable hands, to find peace in their relationships with Christ and with their spouse, to continue their pursuit of a growing faith and to love their spouse with fresh enthusiasm. God wants every marriage to exude peace and love, and Winning Him Without Words empowers readers to create that environment in their homes and thrive as God works.

Book Review Fade to Blue by Julie Carobini

Product Description:

An accomplished artist, she moves with her child across the country to California's central coast and lands a job restoring priceless art for the historic Hearst Castle overlooking the ocean.
To her utter surprise, a serious old flame, Seth, is also now working at Hearst and jumbles the dreams inside Suz's heart. While sorting out the awkwardness of their past split and current spiritual differences, a repentant Len shows up eager to restore his family.
When confronted with her most painful, past decisions, will Suz second guess herself? Or will she learn to let God restore all that once seemed lost?

Book Review:
This is book 3 in a series but if you haven't read the first two in the series you wont be lost. I haven't read the first 2 books and followed this book with no problem. Suz has moved to California with her son and moved in with her brother to start a new life after her ex husband ends up in jail and she finds he lied to her. She starts at a new job and finds her old boyfriend is also loving in the same area and even working where she is as a contractor. Both Seth and Suz have issues they need to deal with from there past which makes for interesting story lines. I love some of the secondary characters, loved Suz's co worker who seems to have a few issues with Suz. I enjoyed the whole story and the different turns. One thing I love about the book is how Julie portrays Suz, when some things with her ex husband come up I love how we see Suz uncertain as what to do, to me it was very real and what often happens. It was good to see how Suz processes the different issues, alot with uncertainty where others were so set in there thinking.  Good read.

Book Review Rugged & Relentless by Kelly Eileen Hake

Product description:
hire to help them set up and run a sawmill, they never dreamed their tiny town would be overflowing with proposals from bachelors who responded promptly...and in person! Out of this logjam of potential suitors, which one will Evelyn Thompson choose? Jacob Grainger trails his brother's murderer to Hopesfall where, to keep his true intentions secret, Jacob pretends to court Miss Evelyn Thompson. Will this lumberjack-turned-bounty-hunter find himself falling for the enterprising female?

My Review:
This is an interesting book. I love the idea of this series with the 4 friends moving to Colorado and advertising for husbands. This book tell the background story how the Ladies end up moving to Colorado and then advertising for husbands. While all 4 ladies are featured the story is more focused on Evelyn. Jacob ends up in the same town as the ladies trailing his brothers murderer. I love getting to know the ladies and the town. The different characters who turn up in the town are interesting. I love Evelyn's character she is strong and in charge watching her and Jacob spa is really entertaining. Its interesting how men back in this era and even today to a degree don't think women can be business women and think they need looking after. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. The series is different from other historical I have read because the women take the initiative in this series to build and save a town.

Camp Club Girls 13 - 16 reviews

Product description
Elizabeth and Kate are visiting in San Antonio, Texas. While helping out with ministry activities at the Fiesta Noche del Rio on the Riverwalk, they witness a strange string of unfortunate events that threaten the River City Cruise Boat business.

The Camp Club Girls suspect that foul play is afoot. Will the girls reveal the source of the trouble before the River City Cruise Boat business goes bust?

My Review:
I have enjoyed this series and this is another good book to the series. This time we see Elizabeth and Kate and of course Biscuit the wonder dog together in San Antonio. We meet some interesting characters and another mystery. It seems the River City Cruise Boats are having alot of issues and the girls decide to investigate. At the same time Elizabeth and Kate are helping with ministry activities with some of the local children. I enjoyed how this story played out and found its another case of first impressions are not always what they seem.

Product Description:
Something strange is happening in the North Woods. Sydney and Alexis are getting back to nature at a lake in northern Wisconsin. During their stay, mysterious occurrences catch the super sleuths' attention. Mysterious whispers in the woods? An eerie purple glow? Local lore of a missing fur trapper? A shadowy figure in the night?

Is there a wild animal on the loose? Or is it something even more menacing? The Camp Club Girls are determined to solve this mystery before their time in the forest is up!

Book Review:
Another interesting story. The girls always find mysteries and some are easily explained. This time Sydney and Alexis are together in Wisconsin with Sydney's Aunt who is interviewing for a new job in the area. They find a mystery here and start to investigate. Also we see a boy staying in another cabin who thinks girls cant fish, this is like a red rag to a bull to Sydney who is the athletic one of the group. Again we learn things are not always as they seem. Above all I love the way the girls from all sorts of background are such good friends. Another good book.

Product Description:
Bailey and Elizabeth are visiting Bailey's distant cousins in a Native American village in New Mexico when they discover a new mystery. Bailey's cousin Halona owns a pottery shop and Bailey and Elizabeth have come to help out during the busy season. They discover that Halona's family at one point owned a turquoise mine that was the best in the area but somehow over the years the deed to it was lost and nobody knows where it is. The Camp Club Girls are determined to discover the location of both the deed and the mine but things are getting dangerous . . . what will happen when Bailey and Elizabeth go looking for the mine and get trapped inside? Find out in Bailey and the Santa Fe Secret!

My Review:
The last book I read featuring Bailey I didn't enjoy as much so wasn't sure how this book would turn out. I didn't need to worry this book was really good. Bailey and Elizabeth are together in New Mexico visiting a cousin of Bailey's. This story is interesting from the beginning with the interesting scenery and learning more about the area. We see the girls helping at Helona's pottery shop where they learn about the missing turquoise mine. The girls smell a mystery and are eager to help find the missing mine.  The girls share with the Camp club girls and look to solve the mystery. Add a few other interesting things that happen we have another fun book. This would be my favourite book about Bailey.

Product Description:
Kate's helping out her teacher at a small science museum when she accidentally spills water on a fossil . . . they discover that the fossil is a fake when it begins to disintegrate-it's made out of brown sugar! Kate and McKenzie go to the source of where the fossils came from looking to discover who made the switch. At Stone's Throw Quarry fossil camp, they discover that things are not as they seem-they know that the culprit was wearing blue jeans, but it seems as though everyone is now a suspect. Will the Camp Club Girls figure out whodunit before it's too late? Will Kate and McKenzie figure out who is faking?

My Review:
This is another interesting story. Love how it starts with an accident that shows a fossil has been substituted with a fake made of sugar. This leads to Kate and McKenzie on a hunt to find who is stealing the fossils. They go to a fossil camp and have fun learning about fossils while trying to work out who could be switching the fossils. I do love how the girls work together and use bible verses to relate to the mysteries. They meet some interesting people at the camp and have alot of fun at the same time. I found it interesting that while they try to do right sometimes they do make the wrong choice and then have to decide do they tell the truth or cover up. I love how the authors show how sometime the girls can make mistakes and then what happens after and what they do about the choices. These are great books with great morals to them. They are also encouraging books parents can feel happy to have there children read knowing they will learn from the books and have safe stories.

Getting to know you Thursdays with K. Dawn Byrd and giveaway

Please welcome K. Dawn Byrd to my blog today. K. Dawn's latest book Mistaken Identity has just been released.

1. Can you tell us a little about yourself?
In April of 2010, Desert Breeze Publishing released my first romantic suspense, Queen of Hearts (WWII era), and in August came Killing Time (contemporary romantic suspense). My first young adult novel, Mistaken Identity, will release on June 15. When not reading or writing, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 16 years while walking our dogs beside a gorgeous lake near our home and plotting the next story waiting to be told.
2. When you were a child did you have a favourite book or books?
I was a huge Nancy Drew fan. I must have read every one in the school library....twice.

3. Do you have a favourite Genre to both read and right write?
I love to read and write romantic suspense. My first two releases were romantic suspense and then I decided to try my hand at writing young adult. Even though Mistaken Identity is not a suspense, I enjoyed writing it very much and am seriously thinking about pitching a young adult series to Desert Breeze when they reopen submissions.

4. Did you have favourite authors growing up who have influenced you?
Of course, the authors of the Nancy Drew books. I say this because Carolyn Keen was not a real person, but the pen name of whoever was chosen to write one.

5. When did you know you wanted to be an author?
I've always wanted to write, but life got in the way as it does if you don't make the time to write. I began to approach it seriously about three years ago. I never knew it would be so much work, but it's tremendously gratifying and so much fun.

6. How did you go about becoming an author?
I'm very much a researcher in everything I do. I probably spent hundreds of hours on the internet studying the craft and hundreds more reading all the books I purchased on writing.

7. If you were not a writer what would you like to be?
I'm not a full time writer. I work in the mental health field in my day job and am lucky enough to be able to say that I absolutely love what I do.

8. Outside reading and writing what do you like to do?
Actually, I'm at a point in my life that I've done everything that appealed to me. For example, I learned to ride a motorcycle and have owned three, two of them were Harleys. Right now, I can't think of anything else I'd like to do, but I'm sure something will pop up later. My husband says that life with me is never a dull moment because he never knows what I'll get into next.

9. Do you have a place you love to visit or would love to visit?
The coast of South Carolina is my favorite place on earth. We travel there at least once a year.

10. If you could have a meal with 3 living people who would you choose and why?
1) Jesus- I'd love to learn more about him and his life on earth.
2) Lucy Herndon Crockett- such a fasincating woman!
3) Brandilyn Collins- She prayed such a wonderful prayer for me at the ACFW Conference last year and I'd love to pick her brain about her writing. She's such a strong, wonderful woman of God and such an inspiration in so many ways.

Finally can you tell us about your current books and/or any that will
be coming out soon. Also where we can find you on the web.
Eden Morgan makes a list of six goals to accomplish in order to have the best summer ever. Getting a boyfriend, which is perhaps the most important goal, becomes complicated when she and her best friend, Lexi, fall for the same guy. Since Lexi is popular, gorgeous, and always gets her guy, Eden thinks she doesn't have a chance.

Channing Johnson is everything Eden's ever dreamed of and she can't believe he just moved in next door. When he starts showing interest in her, she's overjoyed...until she sees him out on a date with Lexi. He says Lexi talked him into it to repay her for tutoring him. Lexi says they're in love.

Eden doesn't know who to believe and is forced to choose between her best friend and the guy of her dreams. Nothing is as it seems and no matter who she chooses, someone will get hurt.
