My Review:
This is the second of the Texas star of Destiny series. I love learning about history and these books have taught me alot about how Texas became a state. I never realized Texas was part of Mexico and at one stage the Mexican government invited people to come and settle Texas as most Mexicans didn't want to ranch there (I know its more complicated than I just said) I also love how the Alamo is mentioned and how Lyn has included real people from the day. I found the story very interesting and wanted to know what will happen. I can't wait till book 3 comes out.
