My Review:
This is the first book I have read by Athol Dickson and I really enjoyed this book. Vera hears the news her brother Siggy who has been missing for 13 years has been found in Winter Haven of the island of Maine. Vera arrives in Winter Haven and her the mystery begins, why hasn't Siggy aged, what is the island hiding. This book had be feeling for Vera and not knowing what would happen next. It kept me guessing right to the last page. Siggy has special qualities we learn about and this I really appreciated reading about.
I would give this book a 4.5 out of 5

Hi, Jenny. Have you ever heard of an austrailian company called Scribbly Gum? I have a friend who found her book for sale on it, her self-published book, and she has no idea who they are or how they got it. She's just curious.
I'm going to email you to your gmail address. Just in case it isn't the one you usually use.

I've never read any of Dickson's books either, Jenny, so thank you for your review. I know he's been nominted for awards; now I'd like to read some of his books.
