I got 5 and a half hours and do feel better for that.
Charles music has been helping me alot and I do believe God provided that appointment for me yesterday with my dr. Some of the things I had on my mind (iron intake) she wasn't worried about so if she was ok with it so am I and it feels good to not have that worry. Also just the talk and her giving other strategies made such a huge difference. She suggested the relaxation and meditation also (although not sure she meant the same way but I am finding the devotional I have now is very helpful).Ausjennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07644698706787568679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8488422862815120364.post-67121475487649609512012-09-19T05:55:23.642+09:302012-09-19T05:55:23.642+09:30Howdy from Texas

Appropriate His promises--like Psalm 4:8; Psalm 3:5;Prov 3:22-24
4.Sing--I know it sounds like a kinda weird cure for sleeplessness--but Think about Paul and Silas (Acts 16)--how their song in the night brought in the presence of God
Sorry--got a little carried away
chuck pageAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13143459735678583544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8488422862815120364.post-53575397150713955742012-09-19T04:02:01.207+09:302012-09-19T04:02:01.207+09:30I'm sorry this is such a tough time for you, J...I'm sorry this is such a tough time for you, Jenny. Unfortunately, grief is like that. My counsel is to be easy on yourself and not expect too much too fast. Time will bring restored health, both physical as well as emotional.

Hugs!Keli Gwynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13236868298400593688noreply@blogger.com
